Andrea Riedelsheimer, LMFT

My name is Andrea Riedelsheimer and I am a LMFT/life coach. I bring two decades of expertise in providing mental health support to empower, couples, individuals, and families.

My diverse experience includes working with individuals in the court system, victims of crime, addiction, military veterans battling addiction/PTSD, and individual’s seeking counseling for issues such as codependency, addiction, family issues, abuse, self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, depression, and various mental health disorders. I specialize in working with struggling couples and I provide a way to reconnect through a honest, fair, compassionate, approach. I provide innovative and effective strategies in the mental health field, making a profound impact on the lives of those I work with.

Additionally,  I blend compassion, empathy, life experience and deep understanding, which provides my clients with a non-judgmental platform to heal and foster personal growth. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can freely explore their challenges and embark on a transformative journey towards healing, hope, and growth.  I am a firm believer in the balance of mind body and spirit.

Much like a car, if one tire is flat it doesn’t roll right and wreaks havoc on the frame. Balances is key.
